Bioboards

Create a two-dimensional display on posterboard that illustrates
the life of a leading figure of the Renaissance or Reformation.

Present in graphics and text early life, significant experiences, major
contributions, picture of person, map showing lifetime travels, time line of
his/her life events, etc.

You will present your posters to the class
and explain what you put on it and why it was significant.

After the presentation, the posterboards will be displayed in the classroom.

Procedure

We'll do two days of "In-class" research, plus the balance of the week will be done out of class.
 
Rubric
 

Get a paper copy of the rubric from Mr. Pawlak.

Criteria includes:
~The biography/poster includes a title that applies to the project as a
whole.

~The biography includes the individual's full name, date of birth, birthplace, and date of death.

~It covers the individuals main contributions.

~Organization is clear and easy to follow.

~The biography is well written and the content flows smoothly from one idea to the next.

~Spelling, punctuation, and grammar are accurate.

~The biography has appropriate illustration that is neat.

~The biography is neatly typed or handwritten.

~Source citations are included for all information.

~The student did a good job presenting the poster to the class.

~Overall, the work represents the student's full potential.
